3. SMS Messaging Program

As part of our services, Servex operates automated SMS messaging programs on behalf of HVAC businesses. By calling a phone number operated by a Servex client, you may receive automated text messages. Details of our SMS program:

• Program name: Servex Missed Call Follow-Up
• What you'll receive: An automated follow-up SMS acknowledging your missed call and offering to help schedule a callback or service appointment.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 1–3 messages per interaction.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. User Accounts

Access to the Servex client portal requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
